Vertical probes serve as handmovable pick-ups from drums or boxes,
and have the same air adjustment sleeve as the horizontal probes. |
Horizontal
probes and probe boxes
Horizontal
material pick-up probes have an adjustable, slotted sleeve that
regulates the amount of air drawn into the conveying line with the
material. It is continuously adjustable from fully open to closed.
A probe box can be selected to accommodate one of multiple probes,
depending on the number of conveying lines to be connected to it.

Probe
with check valve
This
probe prevents blowback of fine powders from the probe’s airflow
adjustment sleeve into the process area. It is designed for use
in a single- or multiple-position probe box, and may be required
for vacuum applications where dusty, fluidized materials are conveyed.
