Ideal for use at control points in the material line of a pneumatic conveying system. When in the open position, the gate’s blade is completely removed from the control opening, making a resistance-free passage for the material stream.

• Well suited for controlling a gravity feed material stream where the shutoff is made against a head of material. The gate blade is designed to shear through the material and provide a positive seal.
• Designed for applications up to 75 PSI with a temperatures up to 150° F.
• 2" to 16" sizes.
• Cast iron body with 304 stainless steel material contact surfaces.
• Square braided PTFE impregnated packing gland seal, rated to 500° F.
• Manual- or air-operated actuator.
• Single or double solenoid valve.
• Two DPDT or SPDT position proof switches for both gate positions.
• NEMA 4 or NEMA 7/9 enclosures.
