Material is conveyed to a filter receiver mounted on load cells. The receiver's self-cleaning filter media separates the material from the conveying air, eliminating product carryover and providing a cleaner process area.

Gain-In-Weight Mode

• Aerolock rotary valve meters material into the conveying line until the preact value prior to the set point is reached.
• A two-speed or variable-speed drive maximizes accuracy.
• Diverter valve directs material from multiple sources.
• Sack dump station allows operator to add minor Ingredients.
• When the recipe is satisfied, the filter receiver's gate opens and discharges material.

Loss-In-Weight Mode

• Fills the receiver with material, then discharges until the correct amount has been delivered.
